This was exactly the tool I'd been looking for to lift hot cans of baked beans (and other containers that lack a handle) straight from the camp fire without dropping them! It worked brilliantly and can lift a surprisingly heavy load without any 'wobble' or risk of tipping. Extremely light-weight too which is handy for some people. The only improvement I'd make is to extend the handles a bit so you don't risk burning your fingers when lifting pans out of the fire, but we did this ourselves with some drift wood and wire found on the beach!
