For the best chance of us being able to cancel your order, we would recommend contacting us through our 'Contact Us' section on the site to call or email us. Make sure you enter the subject as ‘Cancel Order’ along with your order number if you decide to email. If you want to amend your address once the order has been placed, please ensure you include the new address in full in your message. As we try to process, pack up and send out our orders as quickly as we can it isn’t always possible to cancel or amend order after they have been placed. We regretfully cannot add items to an order once it has been placed, or add promotional codes to orders after they have started processing. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return all the items in the order. If you are within the UK you can use our Royal Mail or CollectPlus pre-paid returns label.
