UK Returns

You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. To return a product, there is no need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps: FREE UK RETURNS WITH ROYAL MAIL 1. Complete the online returns form To find the returns form, please go to the bottom of any page of our site and click the 'Returns' link. Please let us know the products you are returning and choose a reason from the list. After you have submitted you will receive your Returns number - you will need this to create your label. 2. Repackage your products Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact. 3. Create your free label Please visit to make your free returns label. Once you have your label printed and ready to go you can take it to any post office to be sent back to us. Please note if you do not have a printer, some post offices will be able to print the label for you by scanning the QR code. You will need to have access to the downloaded label for them to do this. Once you have done this, accept the CollectPlus terms and conditions and click ‘Email me m new label’. 3. Check your inbox, your returns label should be there ready to print. 4. Repackage your parcel, now you are ready to drop your parcel to the nearest CollectPlus store (the CollectPlus site will list possible stores). 5. Drop off your parcel and keep your receipt (this will contain tracking information). Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse. Upon inspection of the returned product, Blackleaf will issue a refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Blackleaf reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you.
