Each year the Swatch Freeride World Tour sees 62 athletes from a total of 14 countries take to the slopes in key locations across the globe to compete for a substantial cash prize and the winning title. These athletes consisting of some of the most famous snowboarders and skiers in the world will face off against each other at five separate iconic locations in Europe and the USA.

The Freeride World Tour version of the popular Dakine Heli Pro DLX 24L Backpack has all of the features and characteristics that has made them so successful but with a colourway scheme that matches the embroidered FWT logo. While it has been designed primarily for use of the slopes with a vertical and horizontal snowboard carry, a diagonal ski carry, plus pocket and attachment loops for snow tools, a helmet, goggles and others this backpack boats a 24 litre capacity and an insulated hydration sleeve so is ideal for overnight hikes and backcountry exploration.
Dakine Heli Pack 12L Backpack
Smaller than the Pro; the Dakine Heli Pack 12L Backpack features the same hard-wearing exterior and construction but with a slimmed down design so is ideal for day trips around town, hiking or on the slopes. This particular version is adorned with the 2016 Freeride World Tour logo and colour scheme and similar to the larger capacity version has attachment options to carry a snowboard and skis along with a shovel carry and an insulated hydration sleeve.
Dakine Baron Mitts
The Dakine Baron Snowboard Mitts feature the Free Ride black and red colour scheme with white text along with the logo to showcase the event and are ideal if you love your winter boardsports. Made with a four-way stretch soft shell fabric and stretch to fit cuff closure they are very comfortable to wear and as it is durable water repellent leather with a GORE-TEX waterproof and breathable insert any moisture or snow will be shedding easily. Internally these Dakine Baron Mitts have Primaloft insulation which work well in maintaining warmth.
Dakine Kodiak Gloves
Almost identical in features to the previous Dakine Mitts, the Dakine Kodiak Gloves are made with durable water repellent leather and have a waterproof and breathable GTX insert along with premier Primaloft insulation. The only differences are that with these being Gloves they enable the dexterity of individual finger movement and feature a hook and loop adjustment on the cuff for a more secure fit.
