Please contact us before returning your order so that we can ensure you are not charged for the return costs. If your item has arrived damaged or wrong or has broken and you feel that it has been caused by an issue with manufacture please contact us in the first instance. We usually need a brief description of the fault and an image demonstrating the issue and we can then advise of the next steps. Please note that we do our best to resolve all issues and answer every question as fast as possible but sometimes it takes a little longer, especially around Black Friday and Christmas.
