International Returns (France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, USA, Australia)

To return a product, there is no need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps: 1. Complete the online returns form. To find the returns form, please go to the bottom of any page of our site and click the 'Returns' link. Please let us know the products you are returning and choose a reason from the list. After you have submitted you will receive your Returns number - you will need this to create your label. 2. Pack up your parcel. Include your order confirmation if possible. Ensure your RAN number is clearly on the outside of the parcel. 3. Write the address below on the outside of your parcel, once you have done this you may purchase shipping from the courier of your choice and the item may be returned to us: Internet Fusion Ltd, Unit DC6, Prologis Park, Kettering, NN14 1UA, United Kingdom We recommend returning the product by using an appropriate delivery service to ensure that the item is insured in transit. You may return with whichever courier you wish. Please make sure your RAN is clearly labeled on the outside of the parcel. You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. For alternative sizes, you will need to place a new order. If you are returning a large product e.g. luggage please contact us. Upon inspection of the returned product, Internet Fusion will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Internet Fusion reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense. International returns do take a few weeks to arrive back to us and your refund will be issued once your item reaches our warehouse in the UK.
