You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. For alternative sizes, you will need to place a new order. To return a product, you do not need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps: 1. Complete the online returns form to get a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). To access the form please click the 'Returns' link at the bottom of any page on the site. 2. Repackage your products - remember to put your RAN number on the parcel. We recommend that you choose a tracked service so that you can follow your parcel. You will be responsible for the cost of returns from overseas. Upon inspection of the returned product, Blackleaf will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Blackleaf reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
