Real Time Stock
If the item is displayed on our site then it means we have it in stock, this is due to our real time stock system. In the unlikely event that a problem arises with your order then we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative product or a full refund.

Same day despatch
We aim to despatch orders placed before 4:00pm GMT (Monday-Friday) the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be despatched the next working day. Other exceptions include all the usual UK public holidays. We will email you when your order is packed and ready for despatch.

Delivery Companies
After many years of searching to find the best carrier services possible we have now tracked down and use the most swift and reliable companies at extremely good rates, to ship your order to you. Don't be surprised if these prices are cheaper than normal postage. All shipping methods we suggest, have excellent online tracking services so an eye can be kept on your orders progress at all times.
A signature will always be always be required upon delivery.

Parcelweb Shipping Options
When it comes to shipping, we believe in giving you as many choices as possible based on the urgency and your budget. Parcelweb shipping allows us to offer a range of services from all our carriers. Depending on your destination, these can vary from next day before 9am to evening and Saturday deliveries.

Delivery Rates
Again using the Parcelweb Delivery Engine, the shipping rates we charge are based on: The actual, or dimensional, weight of your package; The destination country; And postcode. We have negotiated some excellent rates with the carriers and pass these savings directly on to you. We don’t charge anything extra for packing or handling. In some cases shipping will be free! When you begin the checkout procedure you will be presented your shipping options at Stage 2.

How long will it take?
This depends on the carrier and service you choose, but as a guide, our fastest services offer:
UK: Next day Europe: 1-2 days USA: 2-3 days Rest of World: 2-4 days

Customs & Duty
When purchasing goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Blackleaf, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

As a guide:

EU Countries: No duties or extra taxes should apply.
Non-EU Countries: Duties and taxes may be payable on delivery depending on country and product origin.

PLEASE NOTE: The recipient is responsible for all costs outstanding on delivery, charged by the country and/or shipper such as (but not limited to) all applicable local customs charges, duty, tariff, taxes and/or beyond fees.
Where we won't deliver to
We cannot offer delivery options to certain countries, these include Afghanistan...

Lost or Missing Deliveries
In the unlikely event that your package does not turn up when you expect it, first of all try tracking your order through our tracking page. You will be presented with the tracking information from the carrier which will include any status messages. The quickest option is to then call the relevant carrier quoting the consignment number. If you would rather we do this for you then please contact us, quoting your name and email address.

Returns
Nobody likes returning goods, it costs money and is an inconvenience. Should you need to return goods we aim to make it as simple as possible. How we handle the return depends on various factors. In the first instance, please contact us, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.
We will respond with instructions on how to get the goods returned.
You must contact us within 120 days of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original condition. We will refund in full any money that you have paid us or send out a replacement at no extra cost. All you pay for is the return postage. Should the item be faulty or something you did not order then we will cover the cost of postage providing you email us first.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel a contract, please contact us providing your name and order number. We will then contact you by email to arrange the return of the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
